About the Creator Policies List

The purpose of this page is to provide a quick reference guide to know what different sites and creators have as their redistribution policies. This guide is designed for creators uploading to MTS2 - if you are uploading to other free sites, pay sites, or the Exchange, please make sure you double-check with the creator and look at their policies to see if uploading anywhere else is allowed, or different.

Key

Because this is a big list and there is limited room, certain abbreviations are used. Here is what all of the headings and abbreviations used mean:

• N/A - B/B Only: Not applicable - site/creator offers Build/Buy content only.
• N/A - BS Only: Not applicable - site/creator offers Body Shop content only.
• Recol: Recolour (change existing textures, etc.).
• Retexture: Make new textures, alphas, and bumps for their meshes.
• UL Lots: Upload with lots.
• UL Sims: Upload with sims.
• w/Mesh: Upload recolour or texture with the required mesh, rather than linking to.
• w/Perm: With permission.
• w/Readme: Must include a readme file to upload the mesh.
• Perm Req: Permission required.
• Other: Any special, weird, or esoteric terms.
